During uncertain times, one of the best things we can do is to write, create and express our sometimes-overwhelmed emotions through artistic expression. That’s why when I saw this, I immediately loved it!
Enter... the COVID-19 time capsule, there are eleven pages and each page has something different to fill in. There are spaces for pictures, newspaper clippings, photographs, an all about me page, how I’m feeling sections, things you are doing to keep busy and community sections.
Originally designed for kids and a valuable resource for homeschooling and keeping kids occupied, but this is ideal for all ages and you can adapt parts as and when. So if you are 9 or 90 why not give it a go!
