We were formed in July 2002 by Fiona Sheridan and Rebecca Ward. Fiona and Becky worked together for an international major recruiter for a number of years, where as well as forming a close friendship they nurtured a passion for delivering results and building winning teams.

In October 2001 Rebecca left recruitment to travel the world and Fiona became increasingly frustrated by her inability to work effectively within a market focussed on quantity over quality, diluting the service she knew she could deliver. Fiona flew to Sydney, Australia in March 2002 armed only with a business proposition and her enthusiasm, to tempt Becky back home. Within a few months on 2^nd December Sheridan Ward Recruitment opened their doors at 192 High Street, Uxbridge. We have since moved into more stylish offices within a ground floor double-fronted listed building at 123 High Street in central Uxbridge.
