Health and wellbeing
• A series of drop-in cafes across the borough
• Relaxation sessions and weekly exercise or yoga
• Counselling and emotional support
· Training for carers and health MOT days
· Arts for carers courses

Young carers services (5-16 years)
· School / college liaison programme
• 1-1 emotional support
• Young carer youth clubs
· School holiday events programme and residential breaks
• Fun trips, workshops and overnight stays

Young adult carers (16-24 years)
• Support and advocacy for young adult carers through the transition from school to
work, apprenticeships or further education

Family support service
· Support and advocacy for vulnerable families during challenging times
· Whole family trips
· A drop-in Advice Centre on Uxbridge

· Expert welfare benefit advice · Basic debt advice
· Support to appeal benefit decisions · Advice on housing issues
